Second Definition of Secular Koranism

Secular Koranism is the process of taking the Koran and removing God, belief (Secular Koranism is an agnostic system), prayer, rituals, holidays, and everything that makes Islam a religion, while retaining only the laws for humans that can be implemented into legislation and enforced by a court. Secular Koranism is a legal system, not a faith. Secular Koranism is Sharia as defined by Claire Khaw. Claire Khaw has derived the following laws from the Koran, which are to be encoded into every nation’s constitution:
  • No usury.
  • Whip unmarried parents with 100 cane lashes.
  • A 20% flat-rate income tax.
  • No no-fault divorce.
  • Government-owned slaves: Those in poverty will be owned by the government and hired out as slaves to private citizens, who will be monitored by state Slave Visitors to ensure the slaves are not being abused.
  • Legalized prostitution in red-light districts.
  • A one-party state of Secular Koranism: No formation of new political parties.
  • Female birth control only for married women who have completed their families or for prostitutes.
  • No visible homosexual expressions: Gay bars cannot advertise on the outside of the establishment, and no gay parades; gays can have domestic partnerships, but a public admission of being gay can lead to a lewdness violation.
  • A citizens’ militia.
  • A state TV channel for propaganda only.
  • Make it a requirement to have a marriage contract before people can get married.
  • Abolish inheritance tax.
  • Abolish civil partnerships.
  • Abolish gay marriage.
  • Men can marry up to four women, but women can only marry one man. A man must treat all his wives fairly.
  • The state will maintain a registry of all citizens and identify them by their religions or lack thereof for the purpose of tracking statistics on social tendencies, such as excellence in education or criminal behavior. Lists are created by having citizens who are neither Christian nor Jewish (Muslims, Hindus, Buddhists, etc.) self-identify their religion. Orthodox Jews must be confirmed as practicing Orthodox Judaism and not breaking any of the 36 capital offenses of the Torah (such as failing to keep the Sabbath) to remain on the Orthodox Jewish registry list. Jews who do not adhere to Orthodoxy or who break any of the 36 capital offenses are placed on a Heretical Jewish list. Christians are identified by the church in which they are confirmed or baptized, not by self-identification; Christians not confirmed or baptized in any church are listed as Non-Denominational Christian-Sheilaism. There will also be atheist, agnostic, and nontheist lists.
  • The state is to encourage rabbis to rank the four major Gentile religions (Islam, Christianity, Hinduism, and Buddhism) according to their conformity to the Noahide Laws.
  • Blasphemy is protected: The Koran prescribes no punishments for blasphemy.
  • There is freedom of religion.
  • No dietary or alcohol prohibitions.
